FANTASTIC TRAINING OPPORTUNITY FOR COACHING PROGRAMS, RIDERS, AND COACHES TO SCHOOL PRENTICE CREEK EQUESTRIAN CENTRE PRIOR TO PRENTICE CREEK HORSE TRIALS!
Friday through Sunday:
Dressage Schooling and "Ride a Test" bookings with EC Judge
Showjumping - XRails through 1.20m - set courses and open course schooling
Cross Country Schooling
Riders and Coaches are encouraged to come out for a great training weekend!
Coaches with additional room in their programs are encouraged to reach out to be included in the roster of coaches available for individuals needing coaching for the weekend.
**Please note that PCEC requires a Negative Coggins and proof of vaccinations are required for each horse on site. Please see link below under #2 to upload vaccinations and coggins.
**Waivers MUST be completed prior to unloading horses on site - please see #3 below for waivers links.

**Stalls must be stripped and vacated by SUNDAY 5:00pm latest. Per PCEC policy, stalls must be swept albsolutely clean with no shavings, muck or dirt left behind. If not acceptable, PCEC will assess $50 fines and rider will be required to pay CEDF for the PCEC fine.
Description:
Starting on Friday July 14 at 12:00 pm, and running until Sunday July 16 at 3:00pm, there will be training opportunities in the three phases of Eventing: Dressage, ShowJumping and Cross Country. Registrants will have the opportunity to ride 2024 EC Eventing Dressage tests and receive feedback from a licensed Equestrian Canada Judge. Registrants will have the opportunity to complete full, professional course Showjump schooling rounds. Registrants will also have the opportunity to school the cross country course with their insured coaches during their coaches booked time slots. Flexible Stabling, Camping, Cabins, and Haul In options are available.
Cross Country Schooling:
- Cross Country Schooling Time Slots will be available for insured coach bookings throughout the day.
- Coaching fees are payable directly to the coach. No jumping on XC without a coach.
- Coaching will be available for bookings for riders without coaches.
- Riders may only access the Cross-Country Course with an insured coach who has a booked time slot
COACHES
- Coaches must register in advance to attend. No cost for coaches to register. Coaches must be registered to take students out on cross country.
- Students will book coaching directly with coaches, and pay coaching fees directly to coaches, and sign any coach specific waivers directly with coaches.
- Coaching fees are set by coaches.
- Coaches will have ring / XC course priority in the order they registered and the size of their program.

FEES
Training Days Fees:
- Registration Fee: $150 per horse/rider combination (once only for weekend). Provides access to the weekend Dressage, SJ, XC.
- Stabling, Power Hookups, cabins are additional fees.
- Cross Country. MUST book with insured coach. Coaching fees payable directly to coaches.
Stabling: (additional charge)

- All Stalls must be stripped clean and swept upon departure or a cleaning fee will apply per Prentice Creek Equestrian Centre Policy
- Efforts will be made to stable groups together where possible
- No Haul In Fees if you want to haul in for the day.

- Dry Camping - Free

RIDER REQUIREMENTS
1. RIDERS
- All riders and horse combinations must register and pay fees prior to closing date. There will be limited registrations. One registration is required for each Horse/Rider Combination.
- All riders must provide valid AEF memberships. Certified approved helmets must be worn when on a horse at all times. Certified approved vests must be worn on cross country.
2. COGGINS AND PROOF OF VACCINES
- All horses must provide a negative coggins test and proof of vaccinations within 12 months of June 16, 2024. Proof of Vaccinations and Negative Coggins Test must be uploaded here closing date.
- Horses missing COGGINS may NOT unload until Coggins provided and accepted by CEDF.

3. WAIVERS
Waivers are not optional. Please sign your waiver early. Read it carefully and take your time as it affects your legal rights.
Horses MAY NOT be unloaded onsite by any Rider who does not have their waivers completed.
Coaches MAY NOT allow anyone to mount a horse without a waiver and must check with the office prior to coaching to ensure all their students have completed waivers. Coaches are responsible for ensuring indivduals they are coaching sign their own caoching waivers.
