2024 Recap
As 2024 comes to a close, we are thrilled to reflect on an incredible year of growth, achievement, and community within the Canadian Eventing Development Foundation. This year has been a testament to the dedication of our coaches, athletes, and supporters who continue to raise the bar for equestrian excellence in Canada.
Welcoming New Coaches
One of our proudest achievements in 2024 was advancing several new coaches through their education to become registered coaches. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their professional development and are now well-equipped to guide the next generation of riders. Their passion and dedication are vital to sustaining and growing the eventing community in Canada.
Successful Clinics and Training Days
Throughout the year, we hosted numerous clinics and training days that brought riders and coaches together for invaluable learning opportunities. The turnout for these events was phenomenal, showcasing the enthusiasm and support within our community. Each clinic and training day provided participants with the tools and insights to refine their skills, build confidence, and strengthen their connection with their horses.
Outstanding Competitive Results
Our FEI athletes had an exceptional competition season in 2024, achieving remarkable results on both national and international stages. Their hard work, resilience, and determination were evident in every performance. These achievements not only highlight their individual talents but also underscore the strength of the CEDF’s support system and the shared commitment to excellence in eventing.
Looking Ahead
As we look forward to 2025, we are excited to build on the successes of this year. Plans are already underway for more educational opportunities, clinics, and competitive ventures that will continue to empower our community and elevate the standard of Canadian eventing.
